Signa Oliver

HR Director

Signa earned a JD in Law from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law and has extensive experience that started with practicing law with the US Army until she followed her passion into Human Resources two decades ago.  She came to RI International after serving as a Chief Human Resources Officer with the State of Arizona and brings an amazing joy in all she does.  One of her favorite quotes is “People of character do the right thing even if no one else does, not because they think it will change the world, but because they refuse to be changed by the world.”

We have trained well over 3000 individuals internationally since then. Read More
