Leon Boyko, MBA, MSW, LCSW, Chief Administrative Officer

Leon Boyko squareAs Chief Administrative Officer, Leon Boyko is responsible for RI International’s Information Technology, Electronic Health Records, and Crisis operations across the United States and abroad.

While in college he worked as a case manager for individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness, a position that served as a springboard for career in the behavioral health field. After  earning his undergraduate degree he continued his education, earning a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from Arizona State University (ASU) with a focus in clinical social work. He began his career at the Arizona State Hospital as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. After several years in the field he returned to ASU earning a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, refocusing his career with the goal of making a difference by serving in executive roles.

He has since held a number of behavioral health leadership positions over the course of his career including; Vice President of Business and Program Operations for Valle Del Sol, National Clinical Director for Correctional Healthcare Companies and Chief Clinical Officer for the Crisis Response Network. He serves as a member of the Open Minds Advisory Council, and is a member of the PIR Governance Board.
