      Description

      Throughout this training participants will learn and demonstrate an understanding of adult learning principles and retention strategies to design and deliver instruction that maximizes learning transfer. Identify the skills, style and responsibilities of a group leader and explore ways to work with resistance. Through teach backs on day 2, participants demonstrate three skills in creating and maintaining a learning environment in the classroom.

      Learning Objectives: Demonstrate how to connect with students in a way that truly promotes engagement Facilitate using varying learning styles Apply the Seven Steps to put the FIRE to inspire in facilitation delivery, Describe and Demonstrate how to use adult learning principles and retention strategies to design and deliver instruction that maximize learning transfer, Verbalize how to work with resistance in a way that creates learning results for everyone. Demonstrate how to use cooperative learning techniques and time management Identify how to read the class “vibe” and use it for great outcomes. Discover how to use disruptions as amazing learning moments.
