The Community Building program is proud to be recognized by the State of Arizona and Mercy Care for its commitment to excellence in Permanent Supportive Housing. Since 2015, we have maintained the highest-fidelity scores in Maricopa County, adhering to the Evidence-Based Practice standards as defined by SAMHSA.

Our program follows the Housing First philosophy, meaning we prioritize helping people find and secure housing without screening them out for any reason. Your housing needs are our first priority.
Our Services: Our services are designed to be flexible, meeting you where you are to provide the support you need. We offer a wide range of flexible services, including:
Housing Searches: Assisting you in finding the right home.
Lease Assistance: Helping you understand and execute lease agreements.
Education on Landlord-Tenant Act and Fair Housing Practices: Providing essential knowledge to protect your rights.
Landlord-Tenant Mediation: Facilitating communication and resolving conflicts between tenants and landlords.
Eviction Prevention: Supporting you in maintaining stable housing.
Peer Support: Offering guidance from individuals with lived experience.
Case Management: Coordinating care and resources tailored to your needs.
Transportation Services: Ensuring you have access to necessary resources and appointments.
No Fee for Service: Our services are funded by your local Managed Care Organizations, so there is no charge to guests.
