RI International’s Recovery Connection Line offers for more than just information about RI’s services! The staff of certified Peer Support Specialists offer peer warmline support to any member of the community who may need non-crisis emotional support, assistance connecting to local resources and services, and someone to partner with them in determining their own next steps to meet their unique needs.

All staff are trained peers with lived experience who offer non-judgmental, person-centered support and seek to inspire hope in challenging situations. For callers needing emergency support, RCL peer warmline staff can assist with connecting callers to crisis services in their local area.
