Welcome to the Intensive Residential Treatment (IRT) Program

The Intensive Residential Treatment (IRT) program is dedicated to providing comprehensive support for individuals transitioning from state hospitals or those at risk of psychiatric inpatient hospitalization. Our goal is to facilitate successful community reintegration, promote recovery and wellness, and prevent re-hospitalization due to mental health challenges. This program is dedicated to individuals 18 and older.

Who We Serve: The IRT program serves individuals residing in Aging and Long-Term Services Agency funded homes, such as adult family homes. Our long-term, community-based outpatient program is designed to support clients for as long as they need our services for success reintegration back into the community.

Our Services: Our program offers a range of intensive wraparound services. These services are available Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and include:

Recovery and Wellness Focus: We assist clients in achieving their personal recovery goals and maintaining wellness.
Re-hospitalization Prevention: We work to reduce the likelihood of re-hospitalization due to mental health challenges.
Support for Residential Home Staff: We provide guidance and support to the staff of residential homes to ensure a stable living environment for our clients.

Community Resource Education: We educate clients and residential home staff about the appropriate use of community resources to enhance support networks and access to services.

Our Approach: The IRT program is committed to creating a supportive and empowering environment for our clients. We believe in a holistic approach that addresses both mental health and the broader needs of individuals as they reintegrate into the community.

No Fee for Service: Our services are funded by your local Managed Care Organizations, so there is no charge to guests.
