At Recovery Innovations' Bridge Center for Hope, we provide a comprehensive range of services designed to offer immediate access to facility-based behavioral health crisis intervention and treatment. Our goal is to serve as a center of excellence and support the Crisis Now principles, ensuring high-quality care for those in need. Your path to mental health and recovery will be met with compassion, support, and expert care. Our center is a haven for individuals seeking immediate and sustained mental health support in a safe, nurturing environment. This program is dedicated to adults, voluntary and involuntary, who is 18 and older.

Our Services: Our Campus of Connection services are available 24/7 and includes:

The Retreat Unit: Through the Retreat, a 23-hour behavioral health crisis care (BHCC) unit, we provide immediate support for individuals in crisis. Our Retreat Unit embodies a warm and open concept, providing two essential services:

• Behavioral Health Urgent Care
• 23-Hour Observation Unit

Think of the Retreat as a “psychiatric emergency room" and the first step towards treatment. Open 24/7, our team triages, clinically and medically assesses each guest to determine their needs. Under the guidance of a psychiatric nurse practitioner or psychiatrist, we offer crisis intervention, withdrawal management, peer support, and more. The Living Room Unit: A psychiatric short-term stay within the crisis stabilization unit offering crisis stabilization and intensive support. Located within the same Campus of Connection, our Living Room Unit offers continued treatment for up to 3-5 days for mental health stabilization, non-hospital medical detoxification, and more. Our goal is to provide a seamless continuum of care, from immediate crisis intervention to short-term stabilization, ensuring that each guest's recovery journey begins in a safe, supportive, and healing environment, with respect and dignity at the forefront. The Living Room Unit offers a safe and supportive environment for short-term stabilization and ongoing care. Our dedicated team provides peer support and addresses basic needs, crisis intervention, and medication support while working closely with each guest to ensure a smooth transition to the next level of care.

Our Approach: We embrace a peer-powered approach, where individuals with lived experience in recovery provide empathy and understanding, seamlessly integrated with our clinical and medical expertise to ensure holistic, person-centered care, ensuring that our care is trauma-informed, compassionate, and inviting.  are committed to reducing the need for triage of individuals with behavioral health crises in Emergency Departments and avoiding confinement within the Parish Detention Center. Our services are delivered by a team of behavioral health professionals and peer support specialists who ensure that the level of care (LOC) is appropriate and effective.

No Fee for Service: Our services are funded by your local Managed Care Organizations, so there is no charge to guests.
