Welcome to Durham Outpatient Program at the Durham Recovery Response Center

The outpatient program, located on the Durham Recovery Response Center’s Campus of Connection is dedicated to providing comprehensive behavioral health outpatient services to support your journey towards mental health and recovery with compassion, personalized care, and expert guidance. Our outpatient program provides a welcoming and secure environment for those seeking both immediate and ongoing mental health support. The Durham Outpatient Program includes outpatient and community services. These services are available Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm

Our Unique Approach: The Durham Outpatient clinic and Programming is uniquely located to assist adults transitioning from crisis care to community care as well individuals seeking a long-term clinical home. Our peer-powered approach underpinned by our clinical and medical expertise, ensuring that our care is trauma-informed, compassionate, and inviting.

Who We Serve: Our services are available to individuals who:

Adults, 18 and older.
Live or are unhoused in Durham County
Are uninsured or have Durham County Medicaid

Outpatient Services: This program includes a wide range of services designed to meet your unique needs. These services are available Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm, including individual assessments and care plans, evaluations, medication support, peer support, and more. See available services for the listing of our full continuum of care.

Community Linkages to Care Program: This program, housed within our Outpatient Clinic, is available Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm and offers peer support, connection to resources, and transportation assistance.

We provide one-time urgent services, short-term crisis transition services, longer-term recovery and maintenance support.

Our goal is to help individuals navigate their recovery journey with mental health and substance use challenges. Whether you need immediate assistance or ongoing support, our compassionate team is here to help you every step of the way.

Our Locations: The Outpatient Services including the Community Linkages to Care program are part of our Durham campus of connection, which also includes the Durham Recovery Response Center. We are also conveniently located near our Durham Wellness City program.

No Fee for Service: Our services are funded by your local Managed Care Organizations, so there is no charge to guests.
